   Deluxe Package
A planner will plan the wedding and reception insuring progress on all details though the entire process.  The planner advises on style and colors, finds ceremony and reception venues, recommends vendors, accompanies the couple to food and cake tastings and screens vendor contracts. The planner will  send invitations and track RSVPs. On the wedding day, the planner puts in a full day troubleshooting, handling last-minute details and keeping the event on schedule.  

         The Deluxe package is popular with couples who want the best possible wedding from start to finish, within a specified overall budget.

    Consulting Package
A planner is hired by the hour to recommend venues and vendors, offer advice on colors and style, provide etiquette advice and help the couple stay on track with their planning; but the planner does not handle all the legwork or tracking of details. On the wedding day, however, the planner can interact with vendors and help the day go smoothly. 

          This package is popular with couples who may have made some of their choices, but would like expert advice to round out the desired style of the entire event. The consulting approach helps with both traditional and specialty weddings. The consulting package can also be adjusted to include specialty services such as providing professional decorations, shuttles for out of town guests, picking up treats for the wedding party and many other functions.

 Day of Event Package
A planner will help create a wedding timeline, including vendor coordination, to help the couple by handling wedding-day details from start to finish. 

 

           This package is popular with couples who already have their wedding carefully planned, but need someone to carry it out so they can enjoy their special day even more.  Day of Event packages are also available to focus on the rehearsal activities or reception.
